2. Yacht and Kayak Rental Services

Fenentra Poland provides the following services:

• Luxury yacht rentals and private charters
• Kayak rentals and guided adventures
• Day charters and sunset cruises
• Weekend yacht escapes and multi-day charters
• Event and party yacht services
• Corporate maritime events
• Professional crew and skipper services
• Maritime safety equipment and training

3. Pricing and Payment

All yacht and kayak rentals must be paid for in advance or upon booking. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and online payments.

• Day Charter: 5,500 PLN / day
• Sunset Cruise: 3,900 PLN / evening
• Weekend Yacht Escape: 12,800 PLN / 2 days
• Weekly Private Charter: from 34,500 PLN / week
• Event & Party Yacht: from 9,200 PLN / event
• Luxury Catamaran Experience: 7,400 PLN / day
• Kayak Adventure: 250 PLN / 2 hours
• Additional services: as per price list

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled charter for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information
• Arriving on time for scheduled charters
• Following safety instructions and crew guidance
• Respecting the vessel and equipment
• Paying for services as required
• Notifying us of any issues within 24 hours
• Providing correct contact information
• Following maritime safety regulations

6. Fenentra Poland Responsibilities

Fenentra Poland commits to:

• Providing well-maintained, safe vessels
• Maintaining professional maritime standards
• Ensuring timely departures as promised
• Providing experienced captains and crew
• Maintaining proper vessel maintenance and safety
• Offering exceptional maritime experiences
• Protecting customer privacy and information

7. Liability and Safety

While we take every precaution to ensure vessel safety and maritime security, Fenentra Poland is not liable for any damage or injury beyond our control. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and follow strict safety procedures. Customers are responsible for following safety instructions and crew guidance during charters.

8. Charter and Service

We strive to provide charters in perfect condition and on time. Departure times are estimates and may vary due to weather, maritime conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
